Online/Mobile Apps and PATT are currently down.
This is an issue affecting all Credit Unions that use the same vendor that we do for core processing. This was an issue with their cooling system that failed which caused several servers to overheat. We were lucky because we can still access the system and direct deposits and such continue to post. ATM/Debit cards continue to work. So, it could have been much worse. Unfortunately, we do not have an ETA at this time. Until then please feel free to call us for any transfers, balance inquiries, or verification of transactions. We will definitely take into consideration any fees that may be caused due to this issue. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Thank you for being our Members!!
